Yes. The sacred sex quests lets you have relationships with the whole household.

Not played the game for a while. I remember you could play all quests but some scenes could be locked out, specifically some school scenes. Does anyone know which quests and side stuff should be done before you get locked out of some scenes?

Before this update, if you advanced the sacred sex quest too much it would lock some of the school scenes. I don't know yet how the rework affected this. I'll play the game later and then update the cards/achievements list. I'll try to make note of these situations if they still happen.

Stuck on getting Emma evidence. Any hints/clues or guidence?

To advance the sacred sex quest when you're collecting evidence, you need to keep sleeping until you have all the dreams. Each piece of evidence unlocks after a dream.
You should also keep sleeping until you get all the dreams (even those unrelated to the quest itself) because advancing the quest locks them out and you won't get the achievement. I think I made a note of that on my achievements list.

I haven't actually tried it with translations. I'll test that at some point to see what changes. Possibly a different screen is being used. Either way, I likely won't be changing it until I have some time on the weekend.

Until then, you can change to English to use the cheat and then change back to other languages, I guess. It's annoying, but some cheats like intelligence or money you only really need to use once.

Simple mod to prevent time waste on travel.
Doubt I'll be arsed to do that for future versions considering I've just started and see something this annoying, so I've included an image of how to do that yourself on future versions.
Basically change line 309 from "call timeAdvance (1)" to "call timeAdvance (1, 0)" in file "game\kGame\game_menus.rpy", to get that file use UnRen.

In the changelog, there's "Quest - Chapter #12 (New / Final)." Does it means the game is concluding or did I interpreted it wrongly?

It means that that current quest of the update (aliens) is over. There are still plenty of quests to finish, especially the Vampire and Werewolf ones.
