Just a quick update:
Due to personal stuff going on, I won't be updating the cards/achievements list just yet. I will do it as soon as things stabilize a bit, which hopefully won't be too long.
I'm also making a few small improvements to the mod, namely unlocking rollback by default and also removing the hour advance from travelling, as well as looking into the translated version of the game and why it doesn't work there.
And you'll get the scene and the achievement (there are 2 in that scene, the other is "Olivia and Anna").

I have looked at the code and the label isn't called anywhere, so yeah, it's locked for now. Maybe the dev will fix it in the next version. If you want, you can insert into the console:

Edit: literally five minutes after i posted this, i saw the scene. i guess it's subject to the RNG?

I don't think so. While plenty of stuff is dependent on RNG (like whether or not the dreams trigger), reading the code it would seem that it's just that, for some reason, the dev made that quest only trigger on days 2, 4 and 6 (it's an array, I don't remember if it starts on Sunday or Monday). So maybe you just checked on one of the other days?
Then there's also the fact that sometimes the characters aren't where they're supposed to be, which obviously screws up everything. I haven't noticed that in this update, but I know it happened with Amelia's first quest step in her bunker in the previous one. It would just be empty all day long.
All in all, I find that those periods of waiting for a "few days" that end up being over 2 weeks are annoying and one of the most negative parts of this game. Especially when the quest info doesn't really help you know if there's something missing.
The proper way to do this would be to also include the info on what else needs to be done (like what happens in some of Uma's quests), how many more days you need to wait and even if some other quest needs to be advanced.
Maybe I can add that if I ever make my quest changer mod.
Sadly, without it, some quests end up being just a matter of "brute forcing it". You just keep trying it regularly while doing other stuff.
Anyway, good to know you managed to advance it.

stuck on going to lucy's room on full moon, i have tried at night, at midnight, at morning of both the day before and after, and at afternoon, quest is just not triggering
Im stuck on Sharp Fangs, I need to talk to Amelia, the only time this seems possible is when she is checking some weapons but when I try she says "I heard you walk up behind me...you need to be stealthier. I've completed everything else, sharp fangs is all thats left

You need to go spy her in her room between 0-6h. Keep in mind that the moon phase changes at midnight. As long as you are at the proper place in the quest (lucy.storyLvl is at 70 for one step, higher than 50 for another), it should trigger automatically once you choose to spy.
There are 2 points in the quest where you need to talk to her. There's a post about this exact thing one or two pages back where I broke down the requirements for each.
It's for the Uma quest (the last opponent) and for the repeatable scene with that opponent on fridays at the gym, after 14h.
It triggers automatically. At some point in the quest (anna.storyLvl 22), you go to enter the book shop in the mall and a scene triggers which gives you the book. Then you just need to read the book in your room.I also encountered this problem, can you tell me how to get the alien book?

I'm not partnered with Isabella and Amelia is never Reading, shes always asleep, or in the bath or shower etc, she does training so as I said the only time I seem to be able to talk to her which is at 1800h is when she is checking weapons, but she just turns around and says "I heard you walk up behind me...you need to be stealthier" and sharp fangs is the only Quest line I have left theres nothing or no way to talk to her at any other hour :-(

I'm not getting the option to spy on lucy at night, I have finished every other quest. Is there a specific variable that needs to be flagged?. I just go to lucys room at 0-6 and the MC just goes back to his own room
