How can I unlock Diana, Lara and Vanessa's scenes? I've tried everything but I can't find any other way than the aliens, but according to the gallery there are more scenes apart from that one.

I put the 2 images under spoiler, so as not to make the post too big.
As your can see there is a notification on the phone. But when i open the phone nothing... I checked all the contacts, but none of them have photos or anything.

simple_human sorry to bother you again, I'll try to be as concise as possible. I was wondering if it could depend on the iPatch, is it possible that it can block messages on the phone? The game recognizes that there is a message to read, but strangely it is not shown? Since the iPatch replaces the image of three characters, is it possible that something needs to be fixed in the patch?
( I tried to load a save before the first message arrived, and from what I can see, the first message is from the mother. And of course it doesn't show up on the phone. If you need, I can also insert a save before the message. Let me know)
I also noticed that if I remove the patch, the game shows three errors, which if ignored, make exactly the three images of the mother, aunt and grandmother disappear from the phone (the names however remain, i.e. Mom, Aunt Emma and Grandmother) but it is no longer possible to access those contacts.
Also, having old saves*, I tried to load one of those. In the phone the names under the photos of the mother, aunt and grandmother are not replaced.
(This save was based on your early patch versions, not the current one)*
So the iPatch works 100% only with a new game from the beginning. But if it is removed it causes a few errors.

There are instructions on how to do it in my cards/achievements list in the OP. Although I haven't updated it for the new scenes, the instructions are still valid to advance the scenes/quests.
That could be an issue with changing the patch yes. One of the problems of using patches is that sometimes they change your save file or game state in a way that changing it or removing it will break the game. It's a risk we take when using them.
If you say that a new playthrough works fine, then I would just write your old save as a loss and start over. With my cheat mod (which doesn't break saves and is also compatible with the iPatch) you can get to where you were fast enough.

What xapican meant is that it doesn't change anything in the quest or in the long term. You get a different dialogue (although it's technically still part of the same scene) and there is a slight change in a dialogue later on with Ivan, but nothing else changes and it's not really relevant to anything.

I mentioned in my achievements list that in the current version that achievement doesn't trigger. The only scene you can get is that one until the dev fixes it.

I don't know if the dev reads this, but could you pleeeaaase consider making Dean (the principle) a lover. She is super hot and i'd love to see way more of her. Perhaps a quest at which end she can't get enough of MC's dick? And put some more bbw's in the game, i love your art and I love bbw's. Thanks in advance for a reply.

She already is. 0.82 introduced the alien quest and at the end of it you can influence the Dean (as well as 2 students) and have several sex scenes with them, including repeatable ones.
Thanks for the save file but for me, it seems to be crashing for some reason. Can someone else confirm please if it's working for them?
