Rework? The game need carry on, why 80% of the devs only cares about "rework"? Why they don't just end the game first, and then he can do another version with rework? The problem is, I've seen at least 2 or 3 games who only had reworks year after year, not carry on, only rework, and then the devs abandoned the game, shit for real.
Rework a previous scene, not the whole game. Just like previous updates where he reworked old scenes.
Can you even read?Dev wants to rework an older scene + add some more new content to it,just like he did with the current school update(He added a new content and also updated the older scenes with a bit better visuals,new angles/poses)
Most likely because this older scene will be somewhat connected with the new update,so he wants their visuals to be on the same level.

If the reworks include improving some of the absolutely fugly facial expressions that ruin some of the characters (even the good looking ones), then by all means, knock yourself out....
Does all relations reach 100% in this last version? Is there a walkthrough on how to get the scenes and cards?

No, not all relations, I'm not aware of a walktrough, although it is not needed, the hints in game are quite clear, besides Samu13 made a guide to get all cards and achievements which is linked in the OP you can use this as sort of walkthrough, hope that helps.

The game only checks for some relations. Most of them aren't used at all. You need it for the main 2 that live with you (at 80+ to unlock everything, iirc) and I think there are a couple more. I made a post about it at some point, so you can try searching for it.
But you can ignore the vast majority of them because they're not used in any way.

You really can't rework unfinished work. It really is better for them to finish the work and then rework the game, often a lot of the content that is changed is the early content since a complete rework often is unfeasible unless some time as passed.
Another thing I'd like to add is that there should be some legacy content for pre-reworked or early content that got changed during production. That does add some extra content and could inspire some more content for DLCs.

the 2K works only with some of them, Olivia, Naomi, Evelyn,the other teacher
as for the drinks, the younger prefer the fruit juice, the middle aged the cocktail, the older vodka.
I used the rollback feature so if wrong I rolled back and tried again.
So what's the trigger for observe Julia after she gets enthralled by the Vampire and you watch her get railed? I'm stuck on that one.

did you find her with bitemarks in the Living ? usually you progress some other quests, and one morning you find her in the Livingroom , after you get a hoodie and go to the bar to watch her, also raise her relship status
Not yet the quest triggered when I went to sleep and was awoken by a noise. When I checked it out Julia was with her "Co-worker" who was a vampire. Instead of giving them privacy I watched him rape her under his enchantment then leave. I checked on her in the morning but no notice of bite marks. That's when the watch Julia quest triggered. Since then nothing has advanced it.
