Not completely. When the new update comes, you can just set "Julia.storyLvl = 0" and the same for "Lucy". You'll have to remember what actually triggers each to start (since that doesn't update the goals) but just going to sleep and then interacting with them should trigger those quests from the start.

Checked the changes for the cheat mod. There was a change to the energy bar (it now changes color if you're a vampire, werewolf or human). Updated the mod, working as expected.

I won't have time to check how the whole thing with achievements and scenes is now. When I have some time/patience I'll look into updating the achievements list post.

To be a werewolf, you can't be a vampire. And yes, Lucy bites him.

EDIT: To clarify - you can only be a werewolf if you weren't turned into a vampire during the Sharp Fangs quest. And you can only be a vampire if you don't turn into a werewolf.
Sadly we can't have both.

You see all the same scenes. Some of the repeatable sex scenes just have slight variations (mostly the ones where you masturbate in your room with the door open. You get different options if you're a vampire or werewolf, but they're not relevant to the sex scene itself).

The Dean (and the other 2 student scenes) are triggered by using the pheromones, then going to her room (or to the class at 13h(?) for the sutdents) and triggering the scene. Once you do, the pheromone increase is permanent and you can increase it again the next day and do another scene.
You always need to increase the pheromonones and then trigger their scenes in the same day (or within 24h, but same day is safer).
