Most of the quests are advanced by either sleeping in your room first (usually ones that say wait a few days) or advancing other quests first (like having to find the alley via the jeckyll and hyde quest before being able to progress sharp fangs). So if you're having trouble advancing one, first try sleeping, then try advancing others.
And you can always search this thread, since many people have gotten stuck before as well, so you might have it answered already somewhere.

Where is the Ntr tag on this by the comments it's not avoidable then why is not added ?
There is one NTR scene in the very beginning of the game and it's avoidable,game literally gives you a choice to intervene or stay out of it.

i knew this game will goes to shit...to much time between updates and stupid patron poll and costant rework of early contents instead of progressing with the story is killing it slowly...a pity cuz i loved it at first....

Where in the 9 hells is Andrea's room? Legit cant complete the new update because i cant find her outsite the college.
It's Adriana's room (the alien).
if you are where i was just sleep in your room for a while (took me like a week or 2) and it auto triggered

This is why game dev should have main story script completed before touching Renpy. If not, story quality guarantee dropping as developer gets the burn out after long development. Side Quest/Girls is fine to be developed in between update.

No, there is a dented wheel (just don't know how it is called in english) on the right upper corner where you can acces anytime.

Loved this update, and the reworked scenes, Kudos dev. bested himself, only little drawback was that Isabella and Elena leave the bunker, that is sad.
