You can stop it, Let it happen or just leave and skip the scene. Even before the dev reworked this scene i always would think because of the mind control it was rape. I think someone said if you let it happen when Julia looks into the red ball that Amelia gives you she also sees it as rape.

Yes, when you're stuck in a quest, very often the way to unlock it is to either sleep or to advance a different quest (usually the ones that say you have to talk to someone and that someone isn't available or won't show an interact button).
You can only attend school at a specific hour (I don't remember which). It's the leftmost classroom, IIRC. Just switch between one and the other during each hour until the button to attend class shows up.
This game first came out in September 2020 he has been working on it for 5 years now if he was going to give up he would have done it by now.
