If I remember correctly, I THINK that at some point, maybe depending on your affinity with Julia, when you hang out with Julia by the pool in the afternoon is when she get's the call from Emma and takes you over there.

I don`t know it if you must do something to get it. Get it very late in the game when I go to sleep.
Maybe you must reach ?% with Isabelle to trigger it (she visit me 2xtimes, so I can`t say exact why).

She says it to you she need a special place when you have the 2 keys you can choose between two places to have sex
Maybe in a next update? (I tried it find no solution)
I have 100% and this look like to get a Achievement for it so I think it is not in game yet.

I wrote above school hallway talk to Olivia at 14:00 hour.
It looks now it is the second spelling mistake it looks more it is Olivia and not Ava.
Found 2 spelling bugs in 0.60 maybe a Patreon can give him feedback so he can fix it !!!
