Is there a number of times needed? I'm tipping max everytime and not getting it

I got it in the first try. IIRC I tipped progressively: 100,250,500 and then the option to pay for sex appeared, but it seems so random. I couldn't trigger Evelyn's scene until the third time and paying 500 twice.

I just downloaded the newest version and nothing changed in quest after i loaded the game

whats the new content?

Yeah i just loaded my game same and nothing is updated on quests the changelog mentioned quest update yet it still says quest will continue next update. This is why I don't download large file games each update because of crap like this
