MC finds out through precog/premonition dreams and the plot will divulge it to him.
They do that to her all the time, MC only manages the deep hypnosis reveal and she remembers and relives all of her heartache, after which she does not go there anymore. It only goes on if you pursue her.
There are also ghosts living in the house of many hotties, you do not need the
spill to know what they do poltergeist/invisible man style. MC can budge in, join in or scare off
those fiends. Then there is the werewolf arc where the red head dreams of the alpha like
your sis would wet dream of the alpha in true bood.
MC comes to know of these events as they are happening as he gets closer to the hotties,
he finds all their troubles out and can run interference.

This is correct, there are scene's here unavoidable irrelevant to any view or justifications of it.
holaje12 is also not mistaken in hindsight of several events regarding content.
It's there and my view, Your view, anyone's view .... is irrelevant to it's existence.
