Personally, I'm left with the impression that NOTvil deserves far more devoted and respectable fans than he has. Perhaps the reason he stopped creating is because of the tons of hatred, ingratitude, and envy heaped upon him after the release of his game. I personally feel ashamed for his fans.
Looking at his post history, he might have just been hit by life and isn't able to return to active development.

Damn, just found this game, and even though I'm not done I have to admit I'm impressed on multiple levels.
