Kagura's version uses a different encryption code so obviously the old patch won't work for static noise removal.

Here's a patch that does work with the Steam version.

I also disabled the noise from the coms since old patch didn't. If want to keep that then don't overwrite CBR_picNoise.js and if you did you can just uncomment the code.

Step 1: Install the Kagura patch if you downloaded the Steam version. To be doubly certain, make sure to not have system locale to Japanese, otherwise the patch might not run.

Step 2: Extract the patch from Mega then simply override the files in the main game folder and the calls during battle will be crystal clear.

that error is an error that has not been fixed, is an empty mission where you do not have to shoot or anything at the moment you shoot the game breaks you just have to go through the areas without pressing the z shooting button

Is this a mission that's only available if you do the Harry route? Because I don't remember a mission where you don't shoot at stuff.

I think so because that mission is empty, you don't have to do anything, it's just like they deploy the protagonist in an empty place so he can harass his wife while she's working. Gaptax never fixed it and said just don't shoot and move around the stage and see the images.

According to Kagura's tech support, they are trying to fix that error for their version, but at the moment there is no news on Discord, maybe if they release 1.4

I converted the old mod that removes the static from comm images during missions (plus the like 6 images I did myself as the original overlooked them due to a changed naming convention) to the Steam version. I skimmed through the Steam version's images and they seem to be exactly the same as the old version in terms of amount and resolution, so this is simply the old images re-encrypted to comply with the Steam version. In case there are actually new images in the Steam version, let me know.

Remove static mod

To install, simply unpack into <game folder>\img\pictures. I recommend making a copy of the Ope folder there, in case there are problems (or you want to see static again,I know for me seeing less is more sometimes).

Am i correct in thinking that the kagura version of the radar is incorrect at times, like saying she's in residential when she was in the base instead and another time where she is going to eat in the text box but she isn't.

No, this patch works as a bug fix so you have to download and install it. That's how it works. There is no reduced version with the specific bug fixes.

the scenes from the perspective of the protagonist are during gameplay, but the ones from her perspective are in the recollection room, you can miss them I think, but it's hard to miss them, you just need to find her every time you have control of the character, and there are 3 routes so you need 3 runs
