Well for starters there's still a lot of info in the image, even if there's no face or privates. There's the background of the image, her room and the furnishings, also if her drawings are actuate then you can also use the drawings as reference for her surroundings and other signifiers. Then obviously there's her body (assuming it is indeed her), she's blonde, petite, fit, white, has a mole/freckle on her shoulder, etc.
I'm sure there's other information that internet detectives could find, but those are just some of the obvious ones.
