What would she gain by lying that it was her? If it wasn't her, someone would've already found the original image and would be spamming "that's not you, it's actually *name here*". Obviously she's not going to show her face, she still wants some privacy, especially on the internet when you're involved in porn.
I mean, being involved in sex work of any kind is pretty heavily stigmatized, whether that's writing smut, drawing porn, or actually fucking on camera. I'm not going to come down on it either way, but I could understand why she wouldn't want to show her full face. Anonymity is something you can only lose once on the internet.
