Perhaps. The pack #44 futa discussion died out a couple weeks ago, generally after lull the comment section starts to liven up on the 7th when new packs are released, which is what happened here. Some might be talking about #44 futa, some might be talking about #45, futa or not, only the individual knows pf what they speak. At any rate we don't have either.
