Well getting rubbed in your face this game in nearly every thread, didn't contribute to raise my exitement for it, more so if you dare to mention another game in that thread, you get nearly verbaly lynched.
So please no comparsion of games each game is outstanding for itself,

Oh I don't normally mention other games unless it's a positive comparison of other games I like. This time however it wasn't ME who compared them... It was the person I quoted and they were being a hater of not only BaD but also Artemis.

the coment wasn't specially targeted at you, in fact you were pretty tame (in comparsion, what I shouldn't do) just happend that I quoted you, also it is not if it is positive or negative, just it happend too many times, I already said about the same to somebody who was complaining about that game in another thread.

Hey everyone!
The other week, I talked about Artemis' discernment protocol. Thanks for your guys input on that. I'm still deciding on the tweaks. At the moment, I'm considering the following changes:
Removing the icon that denotes which choice will alter her protocol. In its place, a notification will display that simply informs "Protocol updated". For those who wish to see the status of her protocol, can still view those numbers in the Artemis app on your phone.
I feel this gives more agency to the choice instead of knowing what the choice changes right off the bat. It favors both sides for those who wish to play blind and those who want to see the numbers.
I also plan to expand on the To Be Continued end card to outline the numbers for Artemis as well as the LIs. I realize sometimes a chapter ends while the phone is hidden and you can't see what your final numbers are at that point.
I also plan on optimizing the code. Things like the phone, minigames (especially Naomi's gunrange segment), the SDCards, etc. Optimizing the code won't be until I begin work on Chapter 7, as I'm trying to make the deadline for Christmas and don't want to pile on for this dev cycle. But just to inform these things are on my radar to make a better experience.

Reading through the forum while doing my first playthrough of Artemis currently... I'm SOOO glad I'm not the only person who thinks Cassie is one ugly muffin... Yikes...

it will have to be a pretty fucking big redemption arc for me to even consider that. Also there is Kindra, June, and Zelda, ain't gonna do them dirty, at least not on their saves. I think he gave up on even trying after players reaction to her, but I hope at the end of the game, maybe even just text he will release what were his initial plans for her 'redemption'

It makes sense, if only 1% want to see it, her route would be a waste of effort, he already has way too many LI fighting for screen time.

I will play her path if it becomes a thing just because I want to see how bad the MC will get fucked over. She typically would be 1 of the rare character for me I would skip her path entirely cause nothing she can do would be worth redemption to me. But my curiosity would get the better of me in this case cause if the MC goes back to her I think he deserves a bad ending and to get fucked over again so I would want to see how bad.

She definitely is up there in my council of otherworldly beauties but like most people, she's getting older. For Alex in her prime, check the Percy Jackson Movies. She was properly dressed in those on account of them being teen movies, but we saw a lot more of her in the True Detective series S1. Posting a picture of her in her late 30s for contrast seems a bit unfair.
That said, I kind of assumed Cassie was modeled after her but the uncanny valley makes it look really wrong.

See and here's the thing... I think Alex is actually cute on occasion. I have never thought Cassie was cute though as it almost seems like her face is a lot wider towards the middle and top of her head with this giant jawline and it makes her look super weird. She has this fat old school square alien shaped head and these thick eyebrows that just draw more attention to how fat her head is.
