getting black screen but the options are there just can't click on them , what to do?

that's a rendering issue. 3 things i can think of: 1. OpenGL is not rendered through your dedicated video card but the integrated one (laptops tend to have this issue). that's a beyond easy fix. just search the web how to do that for your video card. 2. drivers are waaaaay out of date. and by drivers i mean video card, vc++, directX. 3. somehow, somewhere along the way, the animation of the menu background is blocked. no real clue what can do this. i don't think your OS version can be at fault but i've been known to be wrong... and not just once.

I don't get the artemis cameos in chasing sunsets. I mean, she still doesn't speak in chapter 5 of the main game and doesn't have any internet access but in her cameos; she's speaking perfectly and has internet access. will there be a time skip? why approve these cameos that make no sense for your story digi.B?

It's more like a flash forward for what's to come. Also, cameos are fun.

The guy's mother just passed away so yeah I would say it has been a difficult year for him. You also aren't obligated to pay him $10 a month. The people that are doing that do it because they want to support him

This game follows the 'Book' concept on Steam, which is usually a collection of chapters released on Patreon. If I’m not mistaken, Book 1 on Steam includes Chapters 1 through 4. So, here on the site, Chapter 5 is already available, which will be part of the future release of Book 2 on Steam.
