Hey everyone!
So sorry for the delayed post! I was playing around with textures in Blender for a few hours this morning and got tunnel visioned. DAZ is far more simpler adjusting dials to narrow down the look. With Blender, it's a lot more freedom to tweak/add/remove things. But things can get messy, making sense/organizing the layout lol

You may not notice it here, but I was trying to work on the pores for close up shots. Textures can be hit or miss (mostly miss) when importing into Blender, and I wanted to correct this little detail for those tight shots.

Short and simple check in this week. It's 1am right now and going to work on a few more shots for bedtime. Have a great week everyone and stay safe out there.

I love the game but gave up on looking for updates. I thought there would be atleast a progress report 3 months in but its been alot longer and no clue how far along the chapter even is.

it's practically nothing. Technical sides of development are interesting if it's in form of stream, video or at least a textual but really long description of creating some thing. I mean really detailed for enthusiasts. Now I get the impression that it's by the message: hey, I'm working, look, I'm playing with lights and stuff.
I'm not claiming that the developer does nothing, but it would be nice to know some numbers, percentages, how many scenes are done.

I'm not claiming that the developer does nothing, but it would be nice to know some numbers, percentages, how many scenes are done.

Writing detailed reports every single time would be exhausting. I would not expect that from anyone.

Sure, I wished digi.b would be faster, but he was very transparent about some things in this development period and I respect that a lot. He needed time and I'm willing to give them. As much as I as a player want to play a game, as much I've to say family and health always comes first. No one will ever thank you if you destroy your life over your work. And personally I think only the one who subscribed him has a right to question development times. Pirates aren't in the position for that. But that's just my opinion.

it's not about doubt or development times. I don't blame him at all, I'm always stoic about long deadlines and I wouldn't be surprised if it suddenly turns out to be 1.5 years or more.
It's just nice to know, for example, that half or a third or 10% of the update is ready, 1000 renders or 1500 or 100

I'm of the opinion that the people who expect and/or demand shit like render counts, percentages or earnings metrics are all just really looking for something to complain about even though none of that actually matters, nor is it even their business.

The sole purpose of these dev logs is to let people know that the project is still active and to keep people hyped for it. That's it. And it's the dev's decision on how they want to do that, not randos on F95. The reports aren't there to create more fodder for malcontents to whinge over. Digi.b's dev logs are way more interesting than meaningless numbers, IMO.

The number of renders, growing every time create an additional sense of reliability of the project, which also affects the attraction of new supporters.
And no one is attacking the dev, so it`s unnecessarily to turn on the defense function like Coco.
After “what a legend" 6 months 99.8% stuck I'm skeptical of percentages info, but once every couple months to find out would be cool.

I just miss Artemis and want to hear her sounds

I have to say that production quality wise (renders, animations, transitions, smothness, sound, etc) I think this might be the best game I have played from here, at least top 3. I swear this is one of the rare few games that even if there was no porn in it I would prob still played it, it's that good!

Agree, i am glad digi.B takes a more narrative approach with the game rather then focusing on sexual content. I am very invested in the story and cant wait to see future updates.
