3) She risks being sued by MC. and it doesnt matter whether he is within his right to do so, the fact is she would need to explain herself to judge and/or jury regarding why is she randomly taking money out of his wages which means she would have to spill the beans about artemis.
4) If Kindra insists that MC should pay for the the blackout, MC can flip it on her and say that what caused the blackout is the problem in the hardware (potentially same problem that caused artemis to overheat) and that he is only viable for problems of software nature, aka the coding that he is responsible for

way you do not want to know, so far she is going to college also we have coco those two will have no problem against anything.

To be fair, I don't think either he (or I) would object to that, since he basically was working for room and board to begin with and refused a full partnership.
