Yes, CCC would need to be updated by oneself to support all the latest clothes with SVII uncensor. You'd also have to update all the outfits in tots clothing pack yourself since those don't use SVII either. If you want to use SVII in 2024 you're in for a miserable and not particularly functional experience.
QTEdit is primarily meant for the purposes of custom card creation and in place replacement of cards in classes. It's for example the easiest way to create a card that doesn't wear shoes which might be something you want and also the easiest way to "snowflake" the card. Also useful for finding out clothing slot numbers for modding, or at least it's the only convenient way I know how to do that. A better ReiEdit.

Same question. All I'm trying to do is uncensor but I can't find one on the web that works for the Mini, let alone a ppx. I just keep installing shit but at this point I'm pretty sure I'm just overwriting files with the same files. I found like 8 different uncensors that do nothing so I keep going back to the OG huge-file version but that consistently crashes during any and every H action.
Edit: Found a supposedly pre-modded version 1.08 and even that isn't uncensored. I give up.

You have to enable the setting highlighted in red and disable the one highlighted in blue.
After this, you should delete the PP2 files in the data folder (or move them somewhere else outside of the game folder) as they will crash your game. You can find the PPX mods in this
