Anyone know what this bug is from?

Thats not a bug. The costume for this type of body frame hasnt been "adapted". No way around it - choose some other set of clothes. Wait... you could possibly fiddle with body types to find which body type its bugging out on, and then make a normal frame and edit it using the sliders to match a thicc body type. Its a lot of work, and in my humble opinion, not worth the hassle.

Yeah you were right, its the body type. Doesn't support "Chubby" characters, so I just chose a different outfit. Thanks for the reply

Depends on the type of story you're looking for.
If it's a pre-written story from the dev-team, no, there isn't.
Like any other sandbox game, AA2 gives the player the means to play its own story.

Now ive encountered another problem. Some outfits from vanilla seem to be missing. I believe one or two.
Im guessing its gonna be pretty hard to figure out which exactly and fix that, right?
specifically looking for the vanilla outfit with the t-shirt on top and bottom only being stockings/pantyhose

As far as overrides go, when installing JMCP i completely skipped the overrides folders. No idea what they are or what they do, but my old mind conjured something up along the lines of "i think i need these for the 3d rooms to function, but im not using those, so meh".

As for the rest? No idea - the modern installation guide doesnt require any to be installed in the mods it links to (other than JMCP, but it works without those), so im guessing theyre not that important.

Nah, I knew what I was doing. Her and Sorayuki are a couple and Sorayuki asked me to bang in the middle of a hallway. I'm not out yet though. Gonna try and either recover the relationship, or try and get one of the Vengeful cards in love with me and maybe they'll do a pre-emptive strike.

Okay, I'm too tired to keep up with the Shakespearian shenanigans, my question is, AA2 MiniPPX the way to go, even with a no mods puritan like myself? I have a shitty laptop that's almost a decade old, and I'd hate having to finagle my system just to install a framework that's built for mods that I will probably never use.

Should I just go delving in the deepest reaches of the internet and hope to find the original 16GB files, and hope to also dig up the original hongfire TLs?

I would imagine it's the way to go either way, but especially if you're running Windows 10/11 or Linux, since it includes fixes to get it running properly on modern operating systems. The

makes setting it up relatively painless. Pick and choose the mods you want to install from the ones it suggests, or none at all, but if you end up downloading cards and you haven't installed the suggested mods you may find that you're missing things like clothes, hairs, personalities etc.

My problem right now is that it seems my laptop is too shitty to even run the AA2U, even after trying all the suggested fixes/tweaks for 30 minutes. Guess I'll just have to accept that it's time to save up for a decent rig. It's nigh time anyways, seeing as even smaller Unity games released recently causes it to BSOD.
