Do you think it's possible for you to make a module similar to InfoSpy but it does all four LLDH points instead of just love? Like for example: playing as PC and talk to leans that aren't interested in your gender (lean homos with the opposite gender or lean heteros with the same gender), while talking they loves points go up but when they have a friendly convo with you or anything, suddenly they love points drop -270ish and while they like, dislike or hate points go up like 160-ish

infospy description shold tell you what the config options are. i think default just shows love but you can change it to show all, been a while since i made that one but ill look at it later

Yes, the premise was that if an NPC cheated on another NPC, or you, or you cheated on an NPC - if they issued a warning about cheating - they would carry out their revenge, as opposed to going through the entire process of getting in someones pants, getting a relationship going with them, waiting out the timer to have sex and THEN carrying out their revenge. You would have shut this down long before they would get anywhere.

The problem was *WHEN* the revenge would take place. If you got caught hugging another chick, and your grrrrl fucks some dood in revenge over it, that would be a bit over the top... right? So we postponed it. Indefinitely, apparently.

Better to have something, than nothing. This isnt a perfect solution - more like a stopgap until we figure something better out.

i think this is pretty consistent. the NPC uses the conversation "I will cheat" if they catch you cheating almost guaranteed (however Illusions ability to flag the Cheater opinion is hit or miss unfortunately), and then goes and asks the card that likes them best in class to smash, so the chances the other card says yes are high, but not guaranteed so there is some variation as well as potential repeats

but it also boosts that other cards relationship if they say yes so lover more likely to get a new partner

also i believe modules like Polyamorous will cancel the "I will cheat" conversation automatically so this has built in compatability

When i used that module - it was already set to show all LLDH values. Give it a check in the globals first.

"Modding" in this game consists of improved looks exclusively. No reason not to grab them.
Just make sure you follow the installation guide in the OP... and skip the download in the OP, since its outdated, and the site mods dont seem keen on keeping it up to date.

I've been having trouble turning it into a game where I actually make any meaningful decisions besides not getting murdered or waiting around to keep others from being murdered/sexed. Any advice on what Modules to use and whatnot? Most of the time I just end up waiting and watching it kind of like a fish tank and seeing what happens.

Somehow I think my question flew over your head, I don't need philosophical on how to enjoy sandbox games. Reading back my previous post, I realize I probably sounded really fresh to the game when I tried to keep it from being wordy. Sorry, that's on me.

I've played AA2 on and off over the years already, but always find myself in the same spot. I always come back every now and again to see how it's doing. Of course it's a sandbox game, but the question is what people are doing in it and if it's any different than it was years ago. Based on the answer, it doesn't really sound like it is.

All I wanted to know is what people are doing to keep their games interesting besides the most obvious answers. By this point, the vanilla game has been played to death. Maybe I should have been more direct and asked whether or not any new modules have come out that makes the game more interactive and dynamic, and what people are doing with them. My favourite modules add more options for interacting with NPCs that make more interactions useful, since a lot of the ones in basegame just aren't useful a majority of the time without luck or specific conditions being met.

I've more or less got what I'm looking for now, though. Coming back this time and having some time to dig around, I'm glad that there are a lot of new and interesting modules still being made by BudgetPro even now. It looks like they've really been hard at work to improve the relationship dynamics and interactivity between character cards. It doesn't change all too much, but there's some neat stuff here.

I've thought that I'd like a module that would turn the character into a full-fledged rapist. Currently, there is a module called [Brute], and after refusing sex and fighting, and deciding whether or not to win, the character stands up again and is invited to have sex, which starts the sex. This may be unavoidable due to the game system, but I thought it would be interesting if the transition to sex was more seamless. It would be interesting if the sex started immediately after the character falls down after the surprise [slap], which is one of the NPC actions. I don't know if this series of events is possible with the module, as I'm only talented at tinkering with other people's modules.
