The gachapon at the end of the game won't work if you don't feed the cat three times. If you did feed the cat three times it should work now.

Where the basement house soul and how to Buy that key?

I guess you are talking about the home of Soul. After you complete the game Soul will have the key in exchange monster shards, after you buy the key head to someone's doorstep (The house next to the clif whit the blood moon).

An Amazing Game in my eyes. The cute themes are taken aback by the deeper and darker elements of the environment you're in, yet they still paired very well with each other. The RPG Element to H-Scene Ratio also seemed very nice and rewarding as an rpg player like myself. Keep up the great work! Truly the best game I've played in a while.

Ok let me simplify it.
As you say you feed it three times:
Right to the hot spring in forest.

In under Underground cave resting point.

Abandoned streets tent.

If you feed it three times then at the end of the game you find the cat gachapon:
