How do you give the near dead/lying down guy at the start a potion anyhow? I try clicking recovery potion from the menu, try talking to him, try using the A button quick menu, try using the D button potion shortcut and none of them actually hand the potion over.

What does the "talk" here mean, is this some new command that unlocks if you do some things or is it just normal talking?

Just normal talking. Keep into mind that you need a special potion to bring him back (I don't remember how it was called)

it is wrong potion, only potion you can heal him is sold by Guide Soul, it is red colour, but I do not know exactly when it appears, you must buy lot of special items maybe?

If your game window looks like this, here is the solution.
Other Fixes:
- Fixed the text being drawn in the incorrect position, slight at top of the face when a message box included one or overflowed to the right when too long. Disabled text animation because it was giving problems too. But even fixing the position sometimes the text is too long, so I added a word wrapper.
- Disabled steam integration.
To use this fix you have to decrypt the game Use my guide on how to, and overwrite with the attached script file (decompress it first). Place it in (GameFolder)/Data
