They are both together, and if you lose to a male character, she gets raped instead.

Best guess I can make is that the data folder is improperly named because of locale issues when extracting. Data folder should be named "アストラルブレット_Data".

MTL and NTR all I have to do is see these two and I already know that this game is not for me xd
