Did you download the 4k or 1080p version?
They were a bit jerky for me as well till I downloaded the 1080p res version which is still fine.
Not sure abt your system specs...

1080p and for reference the animations in eternum by caribdis can run smoothly in my pc

It's only been 3 months since Dev went MiA, can't say it the worst i seen. That being said, base on their patreon page msg, while they are getting better, they were diagnose with cancer. Best case scenario, rehab, worst case, ....

The 2.4a is the latest stable version 2.5 was in beta and being changed to 3.0 if I remember correctly
