i patch v0.3.0 -> v0.3.1c can't open

Just go for hunting, you will get same cards many times and then you can rank up the cards.

I never understood why people use online editors when there's URM and the console that can be used

Sometimes the online editor is better. Like when you are trying to adjust money. Finding the correct variable using the console can be an actual pain in the ass. The command isn't always "money = 1000". Sometimes it's cash, wallet, money_inventory, rubles, coins, etc. Finding the correct commands to adjust character stat variables is an even bigger pain in the ass.

I usually use the save editor to find variables, but adjust the variables through the console, but adjusting through the editor is just as easy.

I am aware, however, while I have >20 of a lot of cards that are already max ranked, some simply don't drop like Heal or Stab.

Yeah I use save editor to from time to time to find certain things it's nice if only want to change few things like money or true/false comes in handy if you missed a path

There is an option to specifically look for Succuby you wont encounter anything but them while using that options. If I recall, I believe the text is yellow as opposed to everything else being white.
