Btw it was multi-mod that sends you back to main menu after the credits scene so just run it without and it can continue on old saves!

I don't dislike most LI's to be honest.
- Lora i don't like and i would love an option to make that clear.
- Olivia is good, she didn't have any screen time in this update thought
- Olivia's sister we haven't seen since they left earth, i'm kinda questioning why she is listed as LI, except they make a trip to earth and back...
- The cat girl i find ok so far, didn't had any focus this update either, even in the last update she feels more like a support/side character.
- Miriel is likeable, didn't had any focus on the last update and even in this time, which kinda was labeled as the Miriel path, she didn't have all that much screen time. What was there was ok.
- Kalestra our sister of battle, personaly my favorite, thought i can understand why people don't like her, she's a bit crazy and unhinged.
Like he nearly got offed as he was ready to shoot the black haired sister of battle, because now he is the leader and she must tell him everything...that was so bad...not to mention, i don't see why anyone would make him of all people the leader, or follow him, he's the most clueless dude around in pretty much any aspect and not even powerful. And that is pretty much also all the content for Kalestra in this update...
Then he activly provoced Ember and betrayed Yong to save his dumb ass, which made Miriel pretty pissed (probably the sisters of battle too as the guy is their chaplain)...again the reason for pissing of Ember were kinda really bad imo. Also no talk or anything with Miriel, kinda understandable, still...
Then we have Lora, which gets more plus points for being shitty...
Last update i found mostly good, and a rather enjoayble time with most of the girls. This update feels pretty much the exact opposide, we just piss off the LI's which are present, or they get an even worse rep in the case of Lora...which didn't make the update really enjoyable.
The story alone really can't carry the game, as neither the MC, nor we, have any clue whats even really going on for most of the time and just go along with whatever.

Why was the early scene with Anya removed?
Also this game still has a major problem I just have a hard time overlooking. It's like it was a military science thriller that the dev couldn't figure out how to continue and wrote a sci-fi twist that eliminates a majority of the cast we were introduced to in the beginning from mattering. Then that same sci-fi twist barely has a plot and just kind of moves from one point to the next and we're along for the ride for no reason.
Now he rewrote a majority of the beginning, cut content but left other scenes untouched and the whole thing leaves me feeling like "What? Wait, what?" Literally everything after he wakes up off planet is just a jumbled mess that didn't make much sense originally and now somehow makes even less sense.
That and I could be wrong, but I haven't seen a choice yet. Dialogue option when you ask questions, but nothing else. Which if they were erased just makes me think "Lazy writing".

He rewrote the prologue, but tbf I don't think it was that much better before, the writing has always been a problem and it gets worse the moment we are introduced to all those SciFi elements.
At this point I think you just have to roll with everything because I don't think it's fixable unless he rewrites it all.
damn what happened to this game? it looked really promising but the ratings took a major hit.....?

I understood it as there were other MC's, which would make sense with tho whole different realities Lora speaks about and how they failed before...but i with how little we know about pretty much anything it's hard to say.
I've decided to go with 'shit playthrough' where I choose worst possible options. At this point I think it would be the best to remove all meaningful choices, because game assumes that player goes for harem playthrough and is "good boy".
Honestly, at this point I doubt there is any future for this project. First it was contant rewrites, now we have two separate route which may merge at some point, but I don't think it will happen soon. Finally dev decided to launch new project.

It's normal- both gallery and codex has been reworked and doesnt work. Additionally you will get errors whenever codex should be updated during playthrough

Now, I’ll ask a simple question — what exactly do you wanted to earn? The characters’ motivation — that’s clear. Working on Clown Squad taught me how to do that properly, so I’ll clarify the girls’ motivations in the next update. Beyond that — no, I’m not abandoning this project. Even if it kills me, I’ll turn it into something I won’t be ashamed of. Though, to be honest, I’m handling it pretty poorly.

So let's do this: ask your questions, and I'll answer them in this thread, regarding the game and in general. About bugs and problems with the code. Honestly? I have no idea why it crashed. It works fine for me in Ren'Py, along with the saves. I've temporarily uploaded the old version, which seems to work, but yeah.

But, as I said, this whole project is a big experiment. Where I study, I look at what is better and how it is better, the theory of using few words, leaving only the essence, has failed miserably. But! The liveliness of the dialogues has returned, and I realised what exactly is needed from dialogues. Now, I will correct the story itself. And patch up all the holes that were there before, without rewriting. For the foundation, while not the best, is there. And it is more than enough to get out of this muddy puddle.
Each update is more and more confusing. I can't tell if it is doing a flashback half the time or not. I don't think things are set up clearly enough to do this multi-verse replay... something or another that it is trying to do. In movies and tv shows, there are ways that lighting and audio cues are used to pull this off, but I don't see that as being handled correctly here.
