So I’ve been thinking about posting this for a while so why not now though this is mainly me theorizing about a porn game but fuck it. I originally thought before the whole reincarnation thing was stated in act1 that the Mc was the third child of Ataegina as some kind of balance between evil and good or even time since depending on your alignment you're either in Anubis or Horus body in their final confrontation flashback and the other flashbacks we have no business knowing like how Katla and our “dad” find us which might still be true because if we go based on Kthulian post he said our former evil self so we are both but Anubis’ evil will is still in the world red soul stones hold most but not all of him. Horus could still be in the world as the Allesterium since they are pieces of his body and magic existed in the ancient times with the ancient mage we fight in the tomb after the mimic. Another example, if you decided at the beginning of the game to have Katla suffer and don’t apologize to Ataegina for it Anubis talks to you even before Sloth gives you the stone same thing if you don’t save Karelia the farmgirl from the bear and get a point in Necromancy but who knows.
Anyway until disproved there seems to be time travel involved since I personally believe there are two people from the future or possible futures. First is the Mc x Mida’s daughter who appears in her teenage form at the end of act1 and the beginning of act2 which she could definitely have time magic since we have some kind of ability to see the past and two possible futures one with Liliana sucking us off or with our daughter summoning the lizard and we commenting she is amazing for her age for doing something like that. The second person could be the ninja girl we see in the slayer city because why wouldn’t she assassinate us for spotting her and my guess either she is Mc x Koneko or Mc x Ryo since why would they be in the slayer city otherwise. I know it is not very convincing for the second one but my best guess.
Now we know from what Sloth told us Ataegina created everything including ancient “humans” , the original devils ,and the twin sons plus us if we are the third to unite both conflicting wills. My guess is she created the seven physical manifestations of the magics since they are definitely real beings Arcanis for example or they might be creations of Horus which brings me to my next theory is that the seven sins are not only the sins that Anubis casted away from himself for whatever reason but are his version of the magics here are my thoughts
Pride, strongest sin = Battlemagic
Lust, with the 6.2 update messing with Katla’s mind and the type of demon she is = Illusion
Envy, she seems “caring” about her minions Act1 = Healing
Wrath, would make sense for battle but as a force makes sense example force choke = Mysticism
Greed, material things = Summoning
Gluttony, consuming to alter body = Alteration
Sloth = Necromancy
For Sloth being Necromancy it could lead to him being a final or even a major villain down the line and we know that most magic users can learn other types of magic but are probably the strongest in their particular affinity. I don’t know about you other players but I picked battlemagic as my affinity or favorite at the beginning of the game and my Mc says to battlemagic's avatar that he didn’t want to fight it not sure if there is a difference if you picked another magic though.
Now some things I hope will be answered or happen. Kitargo will reappear with more knowledge on the gods and what happened to the ancient people or if we can contact Ataegina again since she is MIA at the moment. A gripe I have is how in the hell has Hatoshi not shown up in Ryo’s storyline or maybe he will show up in Koneko's storyline since I really want to kick his ass or terminate him. Also the centaur that attacked us gets punished or if we can visit the village ourselves we are their god Horus’ reincarnation along these lines Kvlt says there were other reincarnations of Horus but the only one I can think of is the old guy that sealed Anubis lich mode further into the stones but Jen and her people seem to have waited for us forever so who are the others. More credit to us being the combined reincarnation of both brothers and the most powerful being or going along with my original thinking that the Mc is their younger brother and can house both of them since we might be part human/demon/god due to feeling stronger and weaker next to the Allesterium. To clarify, our human side houses Horus because of his love for lesser creatures our demon side houses Anubis because his contempt for lesser creatures and our god side is our own judgment as a character not only as a vessel or reincarnation of the other two. Other things I wish to see are the vampire from the neutral path act 1 and the demon hunter leader Rolf again.
Sorry for my ramblings, I wanted to put my thoughts out there and to see any other ideas and theories after this post.
Since I have seen this in the thread I can clarify something in 5.5 or 5.6 in all three paths you can get the first Isabella scene however in 5.6 or 5.7 if you play from the beginning of act2 you can’t get it again so maybe something in the code changed or Kthulian changed something on purpose to make the paths more different. If needed I have screenshots I can post.
