You could try learning Spanish as a workaround until there's a patch.

Tried loading a save that had a dialogue choice and it showed the text boxes empty so I presumed it's only the Portuguese version... will give it another try.
EDIT: NOPE, not working. All dialogue boxes are empty for me. Not playable at all.

Weird, i'm playing the compressed version, although so far one choice box had no text, the rest of the text i get normal in english.
Are you guys using the links I provided? If so, have you used any translation previously?

I used the gofile link 4 posts below yours, so the problem might only be in that version.
Placing these files in the game\ folder will add the option to change to english in the menu (You'll see a UK flag), I didn't make the compressed version but it should work.
If the game folder doesn't have a screens.rpy just use the screens.rpyc.
Let me know if it solves your issue

Yes I was using a link you provide, I was able to work around the issue by going into the game folder and then LT folder, I remove everything but the none folder. The Main menu is still coming up in Portuguese but the rest is English, I will download the game folder and see if that fixes the issue. thank you for your Help

I get the same. Where does ACT II look for the game saves. Mine are blank even though I have multiple saves in ACT I.

Copy the zipped file in the attachment (corresponding to your language), to the game folder

I found a Persistent Save file in my version of the Compressed download I used (in the 'saves' folder) - I overwrote it with my Saved Games, and I did not have any Language issues at all. Could be that file is messing with people?

I do an in-game test after compacting, and my language is Portuguese. The game created the "saves" in my language. That's what happened... blame the damn "saves" folder. ahahaha
Any chance the Mega link can be replaced by a working one? Thanks in advanceMega
Paste the files inside the game/ folder in your game (overwrite when asked), that will add an option in the menu to disable the music notification.

This folder has 3 saves to start Act II, Evil, Neutral and Good. They will be on the first page of saved games on position 4,5 and 6.
Remember, only use this if you don't want to play Act I again, because the choices made here on these saves are mine, not yours.
Yes, just leave the mouse cursor on top of the imported file you want to delete and press "Delete"

What I did was, (if girl variable if not defined then it's 0)so if you gained points with her before no changes will happen now.

Downloaded from your Mega link. Never used any translation before. I only have an English language pack installed anyway but in all previous game updates the language was always English by default and I never had any issues.
