What exactly does this update do? Continuing from the last save doesn't give any new content other than telling me I missed 2 sex scenes which I know didn't exist in the last version but the changelog says the story has been continued, not that past events have been changed.

Last 2 updates were additional content/changes to the story, no continuation yet though.
Edit : WONG INFO ! Don't mind me, i'm getting old and should pay better atention to different opened tabs

So basically the changelog is a lie? Do you know where the sex scenes from this update occur? They must quite a ways back because I spent a solid 3 minutes on skip trying to find them from an earlier save. Does not doing those scenes mess up the variables in any way?
Yep. They don't particularly interest me but I'd rather not fuck up my playthrough by not having the variables gained from the scenes.
