well 3 paths, good-neutral-evil and then bredita (evil) path and other (good and neutral) path.

Sorry I'm a little confused, I'm on the good path, if this update only concerns Bredita can I avoid downloading it or do I have to play to continue in the game also in the other paths?

Just to be clear, it's not a manual save.
The game prompts you to make a save after Act I ends.
It's that save which is needed by Act II. Not one from your manual saves which you can choose to load.

ya i know that. after the arch mage increses your health and mana it sayes i have reached the end of the current version. ive downloaded the game 4 times but that happens every time the arch mage increases my health and mana and then it ends

I can't remember now, but have a feeling the save screen was with Sloth, the demon.
What happens after it ends? Think that's where the prompt to make the necessary save occurs.

For people who only played Neutral or Good path during Act - 1 (after UI improved), like me can go back to your act - 1 saves and select "Yes" for Bredita offer and make another save for Act - 1 ending. I used this new save to play this update defeated Demon Sister (easily) and dominated Bredita after returning from battle. Battle with Demon Sister and Dominating Bredita were the main aspect of this update.

I played the Good path during Act I, made a separate save where I say ”yes” to Bredita and in Act II the game asks me if I want Mida to join me to Bredita. Indifferently the answer, when I/We go after Bredita's call and meet her and Brutus, the game ends
