how rare is creamy milk cant get it and killed minotaur 10 times and quest already started

Had the same problem, wouldn't drop for me even after 10+ times, instead, I tried using the "steal" magic you get from one of the Statues, which worked to get the milk.

How do I start the dragon lair quest line?

Where is the dialogue in the game? Almost everyone I talk to, the words are missing and I have no clue what is being said.

The same problem happens here and I still don't understand why.
Playing the normal game and suddenly the texts of any dialog disappear.

How do I start the dragon lair quest line?

It's apparently connected to the other new scene. Try visiting that character again later. And then try to ask a notorious hoarder about the gift you received

how do i do this exactly? usually with other games theres a folder for save files but when i downloaded the game it's just the game itself and nothing else.

By increasing the pink bar to the right of the screen when you are in the dungeon. Once full, you can use a spell to have a sex scene with enemies who have a heart in their name.
