By increasing the pink bar to the right of the screen when you are in the dungeon. Once full, you can use a spell to have a sex scene with enemies who have a heart in their name.

Hours of gameplay for sure, for me it was like at least 6-7 and it was long time ago. Game has a lot to do and unlock

Okay, now the white window takes up the whole screen, but it's still blank white, even though now I can hear the game music.

As a subject that's talked about in-game likely, but we aren't doing any scenes that involve pregnant women.

Maybe endings showing pregnant images? I see a Goblin chick, there is no way she doesn't want child.
