It's very much doable, but ONLY if you use agility potions - even with 20 you won't have enough time to get all 100, and even with 35 I barely reached the quota.

Mostly odds. Generally anything over 15 you're going to have really low odds of getting a low number card, so it's often better to just hold in the 13-16 range. Anything under 13, you will likely want to hit. If Soran rolls a really low number and you're in a solid "mid" range, let him spam hit and hope that rng doesn't favor him.
in actual blackjack dealer has to show one of the cards, but here its different. makes it a lot difficult
