They are, luckily. I'm currently ramping up my work schedule as much as I can. My first "return release" will probably be Sunville, and A9 after that. That might change though, depending on the type of work I get done first: Writing and visuals means a Sunville update, coding means an A9 update (I need to integrate a new character, which is a lot more complex than I expected thanks to all the spontaneous modifications to the outfit/schedule/sprite systems, plus finish up a few side events).

Have you noticed how some of the best (sandbox/rpg) games were initially lesbian/gay but later gained the option to pick the MC's gender?

I only know of two that do it, this one, which started with the choice of sex, and Heavy Five, which started with a straight male, and added a lesbian female option later. So, no, I have not noticed that.

If I'm not wrong it has a sort of sandbox structure. I remember choosing different areas to go to in the map..

Naa. If there's no news about Sunville, be sure then there's nothing for this one, too.
Just forget about the 2 games for now. If something popped up in the future great, otherwise peace.

I am indeed alive and well, doing better than I have in a long time But yeah, me being ill has seamlessly transitioned into me being busier than ever. Fortunately, my body seems to be keeping up so far, which means that I'll have time once I'm finally in the new apartment – until the child is born, at least. I suspect that will mean yet another guaranteed roadblock int he future.

I really want to, but finding time for anything is difficult these days. My girlfriend has another surgery soon, and I hope that I'll be able to leave some of the housework to her once she recovers, which would free up at least a few hours per day.

I stand absolutely no chance of ever catching up to all the messages that happened in my absence, but I thought I'd atleast pop in to tell everyone: I'm alive, my health is better than ever, and I still intend on continuing both Sunville and A9.
The question of "when" is not one I could possibly answer at this point, but I've been using most of my recent free time to reacquaint myself with Honey Select and ren'py.
