That is probably the case since the normal naming convention would suggest 13b being a newer patched version instead of "13beta". Will probably need to explain to a mod that 0.13 is the complete version and 0.13b is the unfinished version.

I don't see the point of having sex scenes of the type of "oh hey, I will suck your cock if you click yes" without any progress to it? The value is lost if the scene is just a scene and isn't tied to gameplay mechanics or effort or deptful characters, you can just go on exhentai, google furry porn and get the same deal.
Perhaps the dev just isn't a good writer but it's unusually poor for a game with pretty good 2d art, even when the presentation suffers from all the placeholder art that the game pushes the player to witness for no reason. Just block that part off or something.

One of the best furry games here. Great potential. Non-gay too! I really like it. Too bad updates are very small, literally several new images or a scene per month. Wish you the best luck making this game big and awesome. 
Yeah, the game is extremely cute and I'm in love with the idea of it. Just waiting for the reality to continue to expand and reach the potential.
