The patch has nothing to do with it. Look at your save games folder. It's probably twice as big as the game itself. The developers made a very strange (and hardware-intensive) save system for some reason. The game will inevitably crash at a later stage.
The only option is to install an SSD hard drive. But do you need it for a 2-3 night game?
Where is this fan? Park bathroom? I can't find any other bathrooms, or am I looking for the wrong place?
Is there some precondition that needs to be fulfilled?
There are 3 customers + 1 clerk (part-time job) and the manager.
None of those 5 seem to ask for it.
You have to talk to Rem after having sex with her. I don't remember how the conversation is initiated. Two options:
1. She texts you the next day.
2. You come to the store.
After the dialogue, she gives you a used dildo and a quest appears with her admirer, to whom this dildo must be given.
After handing over the "artifact" you will get the opportunity to film in an adult store (hanging out with fans). If I remember correctly.

I've been using the uncensor patch for a few days.
As for English, you need to set the language in the config.
3rd menu item on the main screen takes you to config, and then there's a control for the language right near the middle of the screen.
My issue with this game is that it turns off my PC (99% sure it's thermal shutdown) ~50% of the time when playing the card game (Love Hotel minigame). I have no idea why this minigame stresses the PC so much, when it looks like it shouldn't. I have to open the side of the case up, and direct a fan into the PC while playing this minigame. All other times, I don't have to.
Same here. This game is the only game that actually makes my PC crashed so hard I had to hard reset it (and meet with bios reset warning when I reboot it goddamn), and this is happened on a pretty powerful spec (12900KS 128GB RTX4080). So yeah I wont touch this game again for the meantime. Looks like this game have zero optimization and/or big memory leaks that getting worse the more you spend time with the game.
This game is not heavy/need high spec graphic card. You can use 60 series graphic card and the game play smoothly. The problem is that this game is so unoptimized that at one point it will crash your PC. I set 4K res with all the goodies and play about 5 hours (longest session so far with this game) with no slowdown before the game suddenly crashed. Looks like the beefy spec of my pc mask the problem well before it exploded suddenly.
The symptoms don't look like a memory leak.
But... it does.
It doesn't LOOK like it will need a high spec graphic card, but it's my GPU that is overly stressed out.
I think the heat from the GPU gets trapped in the case and heats up the CPU, as CPU utilization isn't high.
I'm running 5900x/64gb RAM/6750xt
Game settings: 2560 x 1440, Lumens turned off, everything else maxed out.
CPU util: < 10%
GPU util: 99% most of the time
Frame rate: around 30 - 35, with abnormal system power off when playing love hotel minigame without the case side off and Vornado fan pointing into the case.
It's almost the same as Koikatsu.
Both don't look like they will need beefy GPU but both do.
KK needs beefy GPU just for VRAM (I was getting 5fps on the 16Gb 6800xt despite low GPU utilization. After upgrading to 24gb 7900xtx, saw VRAM usage was around 21Gb).
This one... I don't know why it stresses GPU so much.
I might test it on my main rig... but given the thermal shutdown, don't really want to risk it.

I think it's the dev, UE is horrible without proper optimization.
I think you should consider lower some graphic settings, I don't think there's much differences with this graphic style tbh.
For the Illusion/Illgames games yeah they also didn't optimize their Unity games (Illusion proprietary games is much better optimized), but they NEVER made my PC crashed hard like this lol, their game still run fine even if I played it 7+ hour straight or countless time when I just let it run overnight, and I've played ALL their games for 20+ years with many PC.
Same I wouldn't dare to touch it anymore. Nope nope and nope.
Funny thing is their earlier games didn't have this problem (Seed of the dead) even when I played it for 6 hour+ straight.
I think for 60 series and in between this game could run fine because it doesn't reach the threshold for crashing, maybe because the resolution is set lower and the graphic card thermal solution is kicking in and throttle the game before it crashed. But still I doesn't want to test it with lowering graphic settings because if the problem is optimization then it may still crashed the GPU at one point in time.Ran fine on my 2060S.

This is looks like the same case of some games in the past (forgot its name, New World?) that crashed and bricks high-end GPU because the devs doesn't do optimization and loads too many instruction on GPU and maxed out power limit, therefore maxed out temp and killed the GPU.
KK crashed my PC w/ 6800xt after corrupting the GPU VRAM buffers... hasn't happened on the 7900xtx (yet... haven't increased the number of heavily mod girls since 6800xt days).
Unmodded, KK uses piss all VRAM, but modded girls takes a lot of VRAM EACH (the ones with custom high res textures).
I found that somewhere in between 8 - 15 modded girls on the same map will starve the 16Gb VRAM on the 6800xt and make it 100% unplayable + sometimes crash PC.
Although... it's not strictly Illusion who's at fault, since stock without mod girls uses < 2Gb VRAM total.
But KK without mod girls isn't worth playing.
And crashing PC is better than thermal shutdown of PC!!!
At least there's no risk of hardware damage with KK.
Oh I see that's why it crashes the game because you use custom high res texture. I normally use vanilla mesh and texture, only use uncensor mod because I don't want corrupted chars card when transferring saves between games/PC. But I always maxed out girls count on screen and never encounter error.
Yeah when I talk abut crashing on this av director life I mean thermal problems because I can hear the GPU fans screaming when the game crashed and I put my headphone down ( I can't hear it previously because I wear full-size headphone with thick earpad).
I think it's not texture related problems for av director life, because if it's texture problem it will just crash the game because it simply can't load any more texture into VRAM, but it will not crashed the entire PC. Maybe it's like some uncontrolled calculation that overheat the GPU (much like testing CPU with Prime95) and crashed the entire PC. But I don't want to test it further, nope, GPU price is astronomical these days lol. The price of 4080 is still the same when I bought it 2 yeas ago in my country (just checked lol) and the price of 5080 is simply out of reach.
Textures don't generate heat at all... they only flood GPU VRAM.
It's definitely not texture related... it's something else.
Given there's really only 1 girl at a time, Higher res textures would make this game look way better without any VRAM issues.
On another note, curious if the popular categories is hard coded or seeded at game creation time?
I noticed when I save, fast forward a few weeks, and then load back, the categories are the same for my game.

I was able to find out the above because I had enough money at day 35 to sleep until day 101 without going bankrupt.

Only videos available to sell are the ones with Nodoka, the sub-heroines doesn't allow you to sell them

Yeah so they store all the videos you take and along with the adobe premiere clone they got there was bound to be issues with it. Given all they've done it is quite impressive that it works as well as it does.
I keep a backup of saves before I film any scenes. A couple times I've had to redo scene shoots because the originals would cause the editor in-game to crash to desktop when selecting these bad scenes. A few times i've just had to reload the autosave and try editing again. I'd say move the clip to the timeline on the bottom and then don't press anything or mouse input, it seems they don't frontload the actions so when you put the first clip into the timeline that's when a lot of software junk is happenin, don't mess with the mouse and it seems to work most times.
Game is great. Grind is a bit grindy
