And? What's wrong with that? How is that even remotely a bad thing?The game is very good, this MC has it easy, all the other men are pathetic with neglected and dissatisfied wives, and we already know how that ends.
I suspect the issue is just that they find it cliche. They kind of have to be terrible husbands though because if they were happily married most of the women wouldn't want to have an affair.
The site's definition of ntr means that the player is the one who is getting cuckholded i.e netorare. If the protagonist has sex with a married woman then the cheating tag is used. Sharing isn't tagged as ntr usually either.
If you want more games where the MC has sex with married women look for the cheating tag instead of the ntr tag. Also pregnancy tag is usually reserved for one a character is visibly showing. Janet is less then a month into her pregnancy so obviously she's not showing it.

I'm not going to judge what happens in these games based on what happens in irl. It's porn, the majority of the plots for theses games whether god or bad is ridicilous situations that probably wouldn't happen in real life. Even if the game is a drama meant to be taken seriously. That's just how fiction is. Most people in fictional situations don't act like normal people, and the situations need to be strange or dramatic or else nothing ever happens.
But the the reason why so many of these games make the husband an asshole is to give an excuse for a married woman to have an affair without trying to make her or the mc seem like a terrible people. Not that every game cares about that.

Not in the majority of the games I've seen. Adam is probably the one of the few husbands I've seen in these games that is a nice guy and a good husband. The vast majority of these husband characters are either never home, is abusive, is antagonistic towards the player, sleazy, is cheating, or was already in a failing marriage even before the mc stepped into the picture. I mean that's probably the mentality for why most people irl cheat but not in these games
So, you are okay with incorrect meanings? NTR has many different meanings. Netorare in Japanese translates to cheating. That is all it means. So, saying cheating and NTR means 2 different things is the dumbest excuse I have ever heard. Maybe you should look up translations before you say something. Netori (NTR you idiot) is where the MC is the 3rd party and does the cucking in front of or behind the husband's back. So, cheating and NTR mean the same thing.
Pregnancy is pregnancy. She is going to have the MC's baby. They are still having sex even if she is not showing. You can't take away the facts. Maybe later in the story, she will be showing, or not. It doesn't matter. The MC impregnated her. This is fact, depending on how you made your choices.

That's a massive reduction. If a married housewife goes out on her own, picks out a guy she wants to cheat on with and seduces him then that isn't NTR. That's just housewife infidelity.
NTR means there's some stealing going on. That's why the slutty housewife next door doujins usually don't get the NTR tag, because it's usually the housewife doing the seducing.
For the purposes of this site, the tag works perfectly. NTR fans can search for netorare projects, while netorare haters aren't getting excluded from netori projects from their ignore tag list that they might enjoy.
