It's exactly the video animations that are not fluid and are stuck, the old ones that are looping images are not a problem.
That's interesting... it's usually the other way around, at least on lesser PCs. The
video playback is entirely on the GPU, so if you're on dedicated "
Fake" graphics, the onboard kind you might be out of luck. If you're on a Laptop, it could be running in low-voltage mode, your Power Adapter might be failing or not plugged in right at the boot, or other issues that cause the playback to NOT run smoothly due to this mode, I've done extensive research on it to figure it out.
For the
Image Sequence ones, they will lag/not playback smoothly based on
CPU instead, but that's not your issue; just thought I'd point that out for any onlookers.
