You should post a save of when that happens, the steps you took and ping Dazedanon(the translator) if you want that to be checked and fixed.
I having same problem
I got fourth brush then go to cat girl at shrine and give her spirit power (save file included)

Here is the fix for that error
Edit: Dazedanon fixed it with several other issues. Please update to the latest patch for better fix.

Thanks, added the fix to the patch so everyone else should be able to use gameupdate to fix it.

I don't recall Ayame game having any anal scene at all, unless some tentacles if people want to count that. Only Tialucy, Curse Errant and Erina game had had anal scenes if my memory serves me right.

I played this game a while ago with Mtool but the interface was super goofy so I had a pretty bad experience
