So, was a little disappointed that the gloves and leggings disappear once you pass 50 Lewdness, so I put them back in. Just drop into the folder and replace if you so desire (And back up the Graphics folder if you want to revert later).

you got to progress the mom story of the kid you visit day 1 of the game, go to ifu shop you'll see her there after talking to her about watching over her kid, now i don't know if you have to lose the oppai ghost or not but i did lose it intentionally, from there you can go to the NG+ Shrine and talk to milk oni to lactate again
