It's a corruption game, but the corruption ramps up pretty fast.

There's a lust stat and a "poison" stat (the poison is an aphrodisiac) which affects how she reacts to events.

Am I the only one with the issue that I can't run the exe file? The game only seems to start if I run it straight form the archive without extracting the folder, but that means I won't be able to save the game.

No idea. I have file from original Japanese release (2019/05) and I don't see any meaningful data in it, so rename attachment to Map035.json and place it into www/data/ folder. Perhaps this should suffice (you should probably remove enigma first).
