they are infinitely reusable "items". Most of the time they are not worth using, and if you used them and killed a unit you will get less exp (they are primarily used for aoe damage but not killing targets). You need to have the skills equipped (like weapons/items)

Browsing this thread and no, I wasn't inspired by this game. I didn't know it existed until happening across it this week. Pretty cool though, haven't gotten that far yet. The pixel units from both are mostly base SRPG studio stuff so that's why they're the same.

Great game, towards the end I forgot this is a H-game lol. Some of the BGM are really good despite being free/stock(I think?). As for characters, I usually tolerant about NTR/rape/forced sex and stuff, but since I spent so much time raising them, it pains me sometimes.
Personal favorite:
Amilia - good active and passive skills (+1mov, atk twice, pierce, reset with kill), early tech skill that give 20xp/use, too bad she absent quite a lot. Legit question, why is she a Magician though lol.
Mary - her atk twice is better and her weapons have anti-male where male enemies are common, can be deploy most of the time, but no pierce and reset, no range option too I think, very late tech skill to use for levelling, and maybe it's just me, it's difficult to get Tec and Spd stats together when level up.
Penelope - almost same great passive that Amilia have, better atk twice imo, but less mobile, early tech with 20xp/use, can be deploy most of the time, but can't counter melee which is more common.

I had the same issue.
If you have yet to get out of it, go back to the place where you used the blue key, a new blue orb should appear, talk to it and you should be able to progress from there

amilia is nowhere to be seen on screen and it doesnt seem like i can advance at all.
this ofc comes after a number of bugs appearing in the previous chapter as nina, such as not being able to get all 3 prostitution scenes in that one night, and not being able to start the lewd malachite quest during chapter 5.
does anyone have any idea what i should do besides restart the game from the beginning? lol

yeah they made a weird decision giving a full unlock gallery upon beating the game but not unlocking the "ending" CGs. If route is short, maybe 1 hour to 2 hour max (compared to main route). It's more like things going smoothly fcking over the bad guys plans, but that's not enough and the girl's must suffer in order to achieve true "happiness"/ good/true ending so it ends with rewinding time to the choice of IF or main route.
You have to put tablets into those 4 holes at the bottom of the screen, between the sets of stairs
