BEST 2 is just the second Season, but for some reason a dude created a thread just for this version lol
Hi ! That's not me who released this part here, it's just the prologue of B.E.S.T 2, with introduction of ELise and save transfer tool to PREPARE B.E.S.T 2.
We're on episode 6 that will be first episode of B.E.S.T 2 and real new episode.
Now that page is released... You must have finished and prepared your final saves through version 5.1 ( updated UI ) of B.E.S.T 1 to play with your paths / choices and stats in B.E.S.T 2.

Start -> "New game" and "No datas available".
Even though I saved after season 1 when instructed.
Seriously? Where I get it?
BTW, programming wise BEST 2 is a bit of a mess (like "else" without "if"???)...

yeeeeeah, I'm really not liking this new trend of "completing" games and then doing "sequels" when it's literally just a continuation and they should be more like seasons 1 and 2 and so on... like, are they trying to fool people into buying a "completed" game that is absolutely not completed? what's going on?

I mean you can just ask to get ownership of this thread and update/modify what you see fit? Probably faster than creating a new one (if you wanted to that is).

Unfortunately it's not, i redownloaded "B.E.S.T-Episode5-normal-pc.zip" and its the very same file i already have on my pc, cannot find version 5.1. Then I tried redownloading "game.zip" in the DLC section, overwrite files in my folder, opening the game, saving at the end of season 1 and nothing happened, when i open B.E.S.T.2 it still says No Data Available.
Help is appreciated.

This is not the "official" update, continuation of the story; that's why the save file transfer isn't working...
Dev seems to indicate there's another update coming for B.E.S.T.
Call of Booty doesn't know what you're talking about...
The B.E.S.T OP says 5.01-standard, but all the downloads still show Episode5 normal, soooo...idk
Probably should just wait on Dev on this one.
Because this B.E.S.T 2 doesn't work right...lol

You mean that saving tool is on the end of prologue,no? It's nothing on the end of episode 5.01. On the beginning of the prologue is just one option. Start a new game. No data available is other option. I did use 5.01 version till the end
That doesn't change the fact that you're splitting a game and selling it as two separate entities though... mind you, like I said, you're hardly the only one, it IS a trend at this point
NO. I have no rights now to update my game on Steam, STeam denies us early access for Steam 2 and explicitly asked to not update BEST 1 anymore unless it is through DLC -_- And DLc don't have same visibility so we jump into B.E.S.T 2.
