To avoid confusion:
This patch restores original roles of the main characters: godfather and goddaughter will become uncle and niece again, as they originally were before Patreon policy changed.

The patch was not originally made by me, I just modified it and added replacement filter for "goddaddy" and a misspelled "goddaughter" to it and optimized the code that was becoming rather clunky after all capitalized and lowercase versions of the filtered words were added to it.

rel_rest.rpy file from inside the zip archive goes into the 'game' subfolder in the game root folder:

Most of the patches I've made can be extracted directly into the game root folder, but this one follows the suit of the original rel_rest patch.

Yes, exactly that. I then played the Love path and ended with Chris at about 134. Much happier ending. I may try to see if I can achieve a happy ending with less monogamy, perhaps with the triad existing before the epilogue.

That's one of the challenges. Guides I've seen rarely, if ever, talk about the relationship with all of these attributes.

For you to get the triad ending you must have sex with Jess on the winter house or have sex with sonya at least three times, in that way you can have threesomes and cheat Chris with Jess or Sonya

If you want to see "uncle" and "niece" instead of "godfather" and "goddaughter", then I'm assuming that yes, you do. I haven't downloaded the latest version and don't know for sure, but I doubt that any dev wants to risk crossing Patreon policies.

I just found a almost two year old legacy version on my old drive, and man, my disappointment has really intensified. The ending feels even more rushed and clumsy, and while the animations are really good, it just lacks sould. That change in writer really kneecapped this game.
Still, I am glad it was finished, yes, it is still not a bad game, but I can't help but be a little wistful about the wasted potential. It almost hurts more to see a super promising project turn out merely decent instead of fantastic, than a solid project turning out merely okay.
And TIL: I am totally okay with incest in games, but incest pregnancy is kinda squicky.
