'Marine' is the Girl scout - she will only pop up on Day 6
You need to call Cream while in Vanilla room, fully dressed, and ask 'How are you Today, Cream?'

She will tell you that she's seen some Girlie Scout selling Cookies & ask if you'll by some.

You need to buy the 'Grand Sponsorship package' for 300 Rings to get the Sex scene

If you purchase the 'Sponsor' package you end up with some Girlie Scout panties while buying a box of cookies just give a scene where you either allow Cream to eat them (or not) - depending on stats you may get a blowjob from her

Currently there's no way that I know of to get the 'Marine 3-way' achievement, it's been '(in Dev)' since game came out

No-one really knows - I did a post into why I think it's not classed as abandoned and tried searching but haven't seen any guidelines into what makes a game 'Active' , 'Abandoned','On Hold', 'Completed' or whatever .

Unless a forum moderator pops here & can post why it's still 'active' & not 'abandoned' we'll really won't know and can only guess.

There are guidelines, I believe an Abandoned tag can be added if either of the following are true:
1. The dev has been completely silent on the game, on all known platforms/social media, for 3 months, or
2. The game has not received an update in 18 months.

#2 will be met in a couple of weeks (September 8), and #1 might be currently met (Novilon hasn't been around here in a long time, but I haven't looked him up on any other social media, so I don't know.)
