Thanks for the hourglass. There's no temperature control on the boiler. It just says "The boiler: Used for heating water." There's no bathroom door, either. The arrow pointing toward it brings up the message "Mom is using the bathroom now." There must be some absurdly random day or time that all of this has to occur. I'll keep grinding.

I remember you have to get the boiler manual from mom's office and go to your room and study it until it says you learned enough to get the screwdriver from the tool bench and be able to change the temperature on the boiler so you would be able to look through the mom's bathroom window from the outside. You first have to keep trying to look through the foggy bathroom window enough times that it'll say about changing temp to be able to look through it.
There isn't an actual door but that is where the key is to try to look through the keyhole to try to look at the mom's naked body
