Sorry for the delay in the update just be busy getting ready for my holidays. I am heading off tomorrow should be back in 2 weeks time to continue the fun.
About Rainces new promise, it is bullshit. Since he already missed many deadlines, if he really had the intent of delivering something he would post again ONLY when it is possible to release. There is no need to calm down people here saying that something will be delivered. The damage is already done on that. He will only put more salt into the wound.

So "if" we actually get this update then cool best of both worlds with the enhanced and original. However, judging by RA track record who can tell anymore. I am excited about Axe's fix/mod of BBS. I'm not sure if RA will deliver ( Like Hawkeye said: Don't give me hope. ) Guess time will tell "next" week... (Glad he's not dead tho)

kshyk, if you didn't like it before, now you won't like it even more. This game is exclusively for fans, and there are not very many of them.
That kinda defeats the whole point of the game, being a perverted asshole was the entire appeal of the game and just turning into a kind person like every protaginist in a harem echii manga sounds boring.
Personally I suspect we'll see Axeman99's first version in a month long before we see anything from Raines. Him posting a promise and a couple of random renders (which is the work of a couple of hours tops) isn't really proof he has anything to release, given his past lies. Having said that, if he proves me wrong and actually does produce something I suspect it will be a very patchy and inconsistent addition, because I don't think he's been working and polishing his game all this time.
I'm fine with being a perverted asshole in a game now and then. It's just that BBS has taken about the most cringeworthy approach in both regards. If you want a good example of a "good" perverted asshole, look at the infamous NPC Eric from Big Brother. Now, like a lot of people, I hated Eric with a passion. He was implemented poorly. But like a lot of other fans of the game, I would have liked the chance to play as him, because he was pretty good at the entire corruption and being a complete asshole while misleading people about it part. Bobby on the other hand is as subtle as a dog humping your leg, which I'm actually surprised Bobby hasn't tried yet as a means of seduction. Bobby needs to be less Beta in his attempts to become the Alpha male, and less pathetic overall. Right now, the only thing Bobby is good at manipulating is his own cock while he jerks off rather than actually find something better to do with it. I want to be able to grudgingly admire Bobby's plotting and manipulating of the women rather than rolling my eyes or scratching my head over it.
I have much more faith in Axeman99 too. If Rainces delivers an update when he says and if it's sound technically, I'd still be very surprised if it actually made any progress sexually. The only way I see that last part happening is if Rainces sees that as a way he needs to regain patrons. But I expect the update to be late or non-existent. and for it to be another complete exercise in sexual frustration. Even if they do come out with the update, how long will it be until the next one? Likely another several months, if ever.
With Axeman99, we're getting someone who seems actually interested in producing content while also communicating with people. Their renders make them seem every bit as good as Rainces, if not better.
If nothing else, maybe Axeman99 stepping forward has lit a fire under Rainces. Maybe Rainces will actually put out an update, and continue to do so consistently, and with better and more content than they have in the past. The game won't just be a sex-avoidance and sleep-creeping simulator. Axeman99 can still do their version, which will likely be the superior one in my mind. Or they can just do their own game. If they made anything at all like what I thought BBS was originally going to be, I'd play the hell out of it.
In the past few weeks we've gotten more feedback and progress updates from Axeman than we've gotten from Rainces in the past 6 months. At this point I'm skeptical that this announcement is anything but a grab at keeping patrons from leaving. He's lost more than half of his pledged income in 6 months, and that was after he bought that new gaming pc to help with development. We've seen the deadline for 0.15 pushed back a few times, and each time it gets pushed back we see more and more previews but nothing solid. There was supposed to be a release in September, then October, then around the Holidays, then early January. Now, we're getting promises for "about a week".
What really gets to me is that there are so many parts left hanging in BBS that could have been worked on without a story update that if Rainces wanted to keep his patrons happy and sticking around, he could have done a monthly or bi-monthly release of new story content and filling out the world. One month, add some events for Lucy and Liza, next month add the beach as a location, then a month of Anna, then the shoplifters, then Jenny, then work on the UI, etc. The Axeman mod looks like it'll do what the original author never felt like doing: fleshing out the world.
I'll be pleasantly surprised if it comes out, but I've got more faith in Axeman's project being released before the 0.15 update.
Also, I really like how Axeman is going with the shoplifters for the first update. If 0.15 does come out and adds significant story, there won't be two versions of character events floating around. If it doesn't, then he can build on the story.

I mean..the game is called Bad Bobby Saga..he's similarly a pervert who wants to fuck his family members no matter what. There's no easy way of putting it. And there won't be any "good-caring" options when you think about it...its a porn game that we love dudee.

You and Rainces would probably make a great team actually. If Rainces is just a single developer for this game, perhaps you guys should work together on this project. You could both work on different aspects of the game and then meet in the middle. Then perhaps everyone would be able to see more frequent updates. If you knew more about what his vision would be, you could implement content without compromising "the story/game" that Rainces had in mind. He has a job outside of this, so it would be wise to get a couple people on board somehow. Then you wouldn't have to worry about the content you add, if you were to do it separately.Hey Folk,

UI is nearly done just changing around a few items to make it work with android etc.
About 70% of the code is cleaned up and mapped out the events / story lines. etc

Also will add a drunk event, this is where for example the girl in the red dress will show up on Friday evening and will make a
scene and you will have to take her in the back to have a quiet word with her
As for adding to the current story lines I will hold off until version 2 which will be in about 3 months, main reason for this if RAinces do not release and new updates by then it would be safe to start adding new story lines. I don't want a issues where I am adding story content and Raince is also release new stuff as well. So to repeat "No New story content until version 2"

Because Axeman99 is developing a new fixed version of the game (basically rebuilding from the ground up.) he will release the first version of his BBS around the 1st of March. So there is nothing to download yet.
This thread was started back on the 19th so we can see his progress and give feedback as he posts work in progress information.
Apparently a lot of very qualified people have offered to help Rainces in the past. Axeman99 actually has, which is why he has access to a lot of the models. Supposedly Rainces recently accepted help, but no one has owned up to actually helping him, and that help didn't keep him from missing his previous deadline, and no one else spoke up to explain if they knew what was going on. My guess is that Rainces doesn't really want to work with anyone else. I think Axeman99 would be a tremendous boon to Rainces if they did work together, but I think Axeman99 has far more ambition and enthusiasm for the game than Rainces does.

Ok seems fair, thanks for answer. Although I believe the update mention shouldn't be there without version, since it's a bit confusing, but hey it's just my opinion.
Is it just me or wasn't there a scene with lucy (i think?) where she comes home completely wasted, you get her in the shower and just as you're about to fuck her it says next version... except next version continues the story without ever implementing that scene and just leaves it like that. I'm surprised no one is talking about that, because it felt to me that it was the perfect opportunity to implement actual sex in the game.
