Will this game continue update? The original "Bad Bobby Saga" abandoned, so hope this one won't be abandoned too~

The original game is in development, but RI is always working very long time on updates. And Axeman promised to release an update of the mod after the release update of the original BBS.

AFAIK nearly done... He changes too many renders imho, to make better lighting... Supposed to be ready for Sunday, beta, but had no chance to finish renders. Maybe on Tue-Wed, a test version, then next will be public release.

Good job, you just made the update take another 2 years so he can re-render the entire game.
He makes renders initially in .png and excellent quality, and only then compresses them. In the current version of the mod, he just overdid it. And renders from the original game do not need to be changed at all. Putting the original renders in the updated mod will not affect the time in any way, on the contrary, you can even save time on converting images. Let the weight of the distribution be 2 GB more, but there will be no shitty image quality.

P.S. And if the dev will compress images, then it’s better to use the .webp format, which will greatly reduce the volume of the mod without noticeable quality loss.

I'm kinda doubtful he's kept the original renders if he's compressing them anyway, that's quite a bit of extra disk space.
